Snack Break offers free US shipping on orders over $39 and free international shipping on orders over $79. 

Don’t have that much of a sweet tooth right now? Shipping fees are $5 for US orders and $10 for international orders.  All orders are shipped with USPS.

US Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, while it typically takes 6 to 18 business days for international orders to arrive. Please allow two business days for your order to be processed.

When your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. *Please note that it might take up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active online.  

A Note on Customs Duties for International Orders

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Snack Break cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

Snack Break is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.

Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package. Besides, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date the package was received. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items discounted from their original price are final sale and can’t be returned. Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. 

Please don’t be shy in letting us know why you’re returning a particular item! We always want to keep improving + can handle a bit of constructive criticism. 

To initiate a return, please email with your name, email and order number, as well as the item name(s) of what you’d like to return. We will email you the return form and the return address.

 *Please note that until we receive an item back to our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility. We HIGHLY recommend that you return your items by certified mail or courier and retain your proof of shipment. 


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.


Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
