Returns are a piece of cake! Don’t believe us? Read on to find out! 

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date the package was received. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items discounted from their original price are final sale and can’t be returned. Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. 

Please don’t be shy in letting us know why you’re returning a particular item! We always want to keep improving + can handle a bit of constructive criticism. 

To initiate a return, please email hello@hisnackbreak.com with your name, email and order number, as well as the item name(s) of what you’d like to return. We will email you the return form and the return address.

 *Please note that until we receive an item back to our warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility. We HIGHLY recommend that you return your items by certified mail or courier and retain your proof of shipment. Unfortunately, we currently do not cover shipping costs to return unless it is a wrong or damaged item (working on offering more friendly return policies to our customers tho!).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be returned to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

Wrong/damaged item

For wrong or damaged item, we will initiate a refund for you on that item.
